目的 评价跌打镇痛液喷雾剂治疗急性踝关节韧带损伤的疗效,并与云南白药气雾剂相比较,分析试验结果,为急性踝关节韧带损伤的临床用药提供科学依据。
补充资料：内外踝伤
内外踝伤 内外踝伤 病名。内外踝关节部位之外伤。见《证治准绳·外科》卷六。多因局部跌打、扭挫而引起。其证局部肿胀、疼痛，压之痛感剧烈，功能障碍，甚则足内翻或外翻畸形。若有踝关节脱臼，甚或骨折者，证治参见骨关节骨折、脱臼之病处治。若仅只局部软组织撕裂或挫伤者。可手法复位至功能位置，作夹缚固定，局部外用热熨、消肿止痛剂即可。内服可选用复元活血汤、七厘散。肿消则加之功能锻炼。
