| 外阴白色病变 white vulval lesions 一组女性外阴部慢性营养不良性疾患。表现为外阴部皮肤粘膜变白、萎缩变薄、脆或粗糙增厚，并伴有瘙痒。外阴慢性营养不良有增生型、硬化苔藓型及混合型3种类型。病因不明，可能与过敏、慢性刺激、营养缺乏、自身免疫、代谢障碍有关。一般发生在30～60岁妇女，偶见于10岁以下幼女，患者常感外阴部奇痒难忍，或有烧灼感及刺痛，大小便后加重。阴唇萎缩，粘连或增厚，失去弹性，有时伴有皲裂，严重时可有性交困难。病程长，经常反复，个别病例可发生癌变，因此要长期随访。治疗原则为止痒、消炎、润肤及改善局部营养。中西医结合本标兼治。手术效果不理想，复发率高达50％。 |
