血液系统的恶性肿瘤。急性白血病可分为急性淋巴细胞性白血病和急性非淋巴细胞性白血病(包括急粒、早幼粒、急粒单、急单和红白血病)两大类。特征为正常白细胞减少及白血病细胞在骨髓或其他造血组织中异常增生,使周围血液白细胞发生量和质的变化。起病急、发热、贫血、出血以及白细胞浸润产生的各种症状,如胸骨疼痛、肝脾淋巴结肿大、齿龈肿胀,侵及脑可引起中枢神经系统白血病。主要采用联合化疗进行治疗。
