Methods:U_(14)(ascitic type)and Lewis lung cancer were subcutaneously inoculated in left footpad of Kunming mice and right axilla of C_(57) BL/6 mice respectively to ob- serve the condition of tumor metastasis to lymph node,liver and lung as well as the effect of LXA on tumor weight,nuclear fission and vascular growth,in tumor morphologically.
