[Objective] To establish a mutine model for allogeneic umbilical cord blood transplantation by intra-bone marrow injection, investigate its effects on the homing and engraftment of HSCs, hematopoietie and immunological reconstruction and GVHD of recipient mice after transplantation.
【目的】建立同种异基因小鼠骨髓腔内脐血移植模型，研究该技术对造血干细胞(HSC)归巢、植入率、移植后免疫造血重建、移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)等方面的影响。

儿脐血出 病证名。出《本草纲目》。又名血脐。指断脐后，脐部有血渗出，经久不止。多因患儿脐带粗大，干缩后，所缚的结松脱而出血，一般在出生后第一星期，脐带脱落的前后出现。如出血无其他症状者。重新结扎脐带。或因胎热内盛，迫血妄行所致，治宜凉血止血，用十灰散。
