疮疡清热法
疮疡清热法 疮疡内治法则之一。《素问·至真要大论》：“热者寒之。”凡属疮疡阳证与热毒有关，故不论其初起、成脓、溃后、凡具有实热火毒之证者，如局部红、肿、热、痛，溃出脓稠，同时兼见发热，烦躁，口渴，脉数，舌红或绛，苔黄者，甚至神昏谵语，均可应用寒凉药以清之。但临证应有区别，如热在气分者，可用苦寒泻火法，选用黄连解毒汤之类；而热在血分者，则用凉血清热法，选用犀角地黄汤之类。
