bicuspid valve
心脏左房室口，口径略小，周围的纤维环上附有二片略呈三角形的瓣膜，故称二尖瓣。瓣膜的游离缘借腱索，乳头肌和肉柱等与左心室肌相连。当心室收缩时，二尖瓣关闭，阻止血液流回左心房；当左心室舒张时，二尖瓣开放，血液从左心房流入左心室。二尖瓣口狭窄和瓣膜关闭不全时，则可引起血流动力学的改变。
