常用针灸穴位。属足太阳膀胱经，是合穴。因穴处膝关节后面弯曲处，在委而曲之中取穴，故名。国际标准代号为BL40。
定位 俯卧位，俼窝横纹中央。
刺灸法 ①手按压窝部后进针，用合谷刺法，约0.5～1寸，可刺中俼窝部的胫神经，但刺激量不宜太大，刺中以后即将针稍微后退一点，不要将针停留在神经上；②放血，用三棱针刺静脉后，用火罐拔在委中穴处吸出瘀血；③可灸，但一般不灸。
功用 舒筋活络，清泄暑热。
主治 腰痛，吐泻，癃闭，疔疮。
定位 俯卧位，俼窝横纹中央。
