Background and Objectives: The objective of this study was to evaluate the clinical significance of expression of PAI-1, C-erbB-2, VEGF and Ki-67 in the patients with node-negative breast cancer.
实验目的：探讨免疫组织化学方法评价淋巴结阴性乳腺癌组织中PAI-1、C-erbB-2、VEGF和Ki-67的表达，希望发现有意义的预后指标，从而帮助鉴别高危和低危亚群，指导治疗。

在小儿较多见，可能为肠道原发综合征的一部分，更常见的是由淋巴或血行播散而来，多与胸腔内淋巴结结核或全身粟粒结核病同时存在。临床表现主要为一般的结核中毒症状及局部症状。局部胃肠道症状有恶心、呕吐、腹泻、便秘、腹胀、腹痛等，其中以腹痛为最常见。易被误诊为阑尾炎而手术。全身抗结核治疗。若有肿大淋巴结经内科治疗无效且产生持久性压迫症状时，可考虑外科手术切除。
