方法选择妇科门诊绝经过渡期功血伴中度贫血患者65例,分三组,分别为口服米非司酮组;口服安宫黄体酮组;口服妈富隆组。

绝经
成年妇女月经停止持续一年以上为绝经。正常生理性绝经年龄通常在46～51岁之间，个别人可提早至40岁前后或推迟到55岁或稍后。人工绝经指妇女因故切除双侧卵巢或在接受大量放射线照射后卵巢功能消失的绝经。切除子宫而保留有一或双侧卵巢的妇女，虽不再行经，并无缺乏雌激素引起的症状，直至卵巢功能自然消失时，才会出现更年期综合征。对40岁以前发生的早发绝经或55岁以后的晚发绝经，应注意除外其他可能影响卵巢功能的病理情况，证明无异常方能视为少见的个例早发或晚发绝经。
