病名。月经后期证型之一。 见高等医药院校试用教材《中医妇科学》。指女子因瘀血内阻冲任，经血不能按时下达胞宫 所致月经周期延后8、9天以上，甚至４０～50天一潮，并连续2个周期者。多因气滞、寒凝 所致 。气滞血瘀者，症见经期延后，经量涩少，血色紫黯，血块较多，小腹胀痛，舌紫黯，脉弦 涩，治宜 行气活血，化瘀调冲，方选过期饮、血府逐瘀汤加减；寒凝血瘀者，症见小腹冷痛，拒按， 血块下 则痛减，舌青紫，脉沉紧，治宜温经散寒，化瘀止痛，方选少腹逐瘀汤增损。
