脊强
脊强 证名。脊椎骨部筋脉、肌肉强急，身体不能前俯之证。出《灵枢·经脉》。亦称脊背强。多由督脉受病，或风寒外袭，湿凝瘀滞所致。治宜祛风湿散寒、活血化瘀、温阳补肾诸法。《类证治裁·肩背手臂痛》：“腰似折，项似拔，此足太阳经气郁不行，羌活胜湿汤。”《东医宝鉴·外形篇》卷二：“膀胱肾间冷气攻冲背膂，腰脊强俯仰不利，宜乌沉汤。”参见脊背强条。本症见于类风湿性脊柱炎及强直性脊柱炎后期。
