Objective:To explore the effects of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-2) and soluble tumor necrosis factor-alpha receptor type 1(STNFRI) on cultured eutopic endometrial stromal cells from patients with endometriosis(EMs) and to find a new target for biological therapy for EMs.
目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体(sTNFRⅠ)对体外培养的子宫内膜异位症患者(EMs)在位内膜基质细胞的影响,探索EMs生物治疗的靶标。

Results 91 cases with stageⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ renal cell carcinoma received treatment by radical nephrectomy, 2 case with stage Ⅳ cancer underwent transvascular embolization, and 18 cases with stage Ⅳ cancer were treated by biological therapy.
结果 91例Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期肾癌行根治性手术治疗 ,18例Ⅳ期肾癌行生物治疗 ,余 2例Ⅳ期患者行介入栓塞治疗。

癫痛的生物反馈治疗(biofeedbaek之horapy for epilepsy)借助于生物反馈控制来治疗癫痛发作的一种方法。癫痈发作时脑电图显示】一3Hz的高幅同步波,因此临床上常用脑电波生物反馈训练抑制异常脑波,增多正常脑波出现的频率。抑制庵痈发作的脑波为8一13Hz的a节律或12一15Hz的感觉运动节律(SMR)。作Q节律训练时电极置于枕叶部位头颅表面,作SMR训练时电极置于感觉运动区的头颅表面。训练时将脑电波阐限频率定到目标节律(。或SMR节律)段,当受训者出现目标节律时,反馈仪以视觉或听觉形式的信号反馈出来,在多次学习强化卜,便能学会维持这种节律,而使癫病得到控制。脑电波反馈训练治疗癫痈需较长的疗程。电子计算机技术引入反馈仪的设计可使特殊频率范围和特殊波幅的脑电信号更明显地显示,有利于训练的成功。 (杨立能撰梁宝勇审)
