| 低常儿童 subnormal child 智力发展低于或落后于同龄者一般发展水平的儿童。这种差别一般用智力测验中的智商来表示。轻度智力低常的儿童其智商约为52～85。低常儿童主要表现为言语和动作出现晚；感知事物速度慢、范围窄；时间、空间表象差；观察力差；对周围事物的变化往往视而不见、听而不闻；注意力短暂，东张西望，易分心；识记速度慢，保持短，遗忘快；机械记忆明显高于意义记忆；思维能力差，不善于抽象和概括，往往带有具体性、形象性；数概念差，计算困难，根本不了解数量关系；情绪表现不成熟，从一种情绪状态变换到另一种状态非常迅速；理智不能控制感情；意志力薄弱、不稳定，不果断，经不起挫折，无毅力；无恒心；不知克服困难，依赖性强。造成智力低常的原因有：遗传、近亲婚配、染色体畸变、母孕期患病、情绪障碍和外伤等。 |
