| 十八反 中国古代医家所总结的中药配伍禁忌经验。反是指两种药物配伍后能产生毒副作用。金元时期的医家将反药概括为18种 ，故称十八反，并沿用至今。其内容是：甘草反大戟、海藻、芫花、甘遂；乌头反贝母、瓜蒌、半夏、白蔹、白芨；藜芦反人参、丹参、沙参、苦参、细辛、芍药。 反药能否同用，历代医家意见不同。现代临床、实验研究也报道不一。有反药同用引起中毒的例证，也有反药同用无明显中毒的例证。因此，对十八反有待进一步研究，在一般情况下不宜同用，以免发生意外。 |
