| 高危妊娠 high risk pregnancy 对孕妇、胎儿、新生儿有较高危险性的妊娠。包括：①孕妇原有某些较为严重的疾病如心脏病、糖尿病等。②过去有流产、早产、死胎、死产、新生儿死亡等不良分娩史。③此次妊娠有并发症如妊娠高血压综合征等。④估计此次分娩可能异常，如骨盆狭窄、胎位不正等。高危妊娠的筛选主要通过产前检查时询问病史及体格检查，发现影响孕妇和胎儿的高危因素。目的是保护在异常情况下的母儿健康。故对高危妊娠应加强孕期保健和监护，当继续妊娠将严重威胁母体健康和胎儿生存时，应考虑终止妊娠。 |
