葡萄膜大脑炎
又称"脑炎眼病"、"白斑综合病征"、"VogtKoyanagi-Harada" 综合征(即伏-小柳-原田综合征）。葡萄膜大脑炎是一具有发热等全身症状，并以急性弥漫性葡萄膜炎，毛发变白、皮肤白斑，脑膜炎为特征的病征。初期多有不同程度的脑膜炎征，在眼病发生前一周或数周出现，或与眼病同时出现。眼部病变为葡萄膜炎、继发性视网膜脱离，还能并发继发性青光眼和白内障。数周后发生毛发变白，脱发，对称性皮肤白斑。炎症主要侵及前葡萄膜者称Vogt-Koyanagi病，即小柳型，以前眼部病变(角膜后沉着物、虹膜后粘连、瞳孔闭锁、前房出血等）为主，视网膜脱离较少，毛发皮肤改变较多，常因继发青光眼而失明。以脉络膜炎为主者称原田型或原田病，原田型以后眼部病变(视乳头水肿、视网膜水肿，视网膜剥离、视网膜出血）为主，视网膜剥离较多，毛发皮肤改变较少，预后较佳。激素对本症有肯定的疗效。
