性质:又名环吡酮胺、环匹罗司胺。白色结晶粉末。无臭、味苦。熔点143℃。溶于水、醇、氯仿,略溶于DMF,微溶于醚。1%水溶液pH值为8.0~9.0。由环匹罗司和乙醇胺结合而成的盐。为抗真菌药,于4~8μg/ml浓度时可抑制多数皮肤真菌和酵母菌、较高浓度(16~78μg/ml)时对大肠杆菌、变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌等也有抑制作用。用于表皮或黏膜的浅表真菌和白色念珠菌感染。制剂为溶液或乳膏,阴道栓。
