系由于卵巢发育不全或功能低下,不能合成和分泌足够的性激素,干扰了对垂体和下丘脑负反馈调节,使促性腺激素分泌增加,导致促卵泡素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)水平升高,E2水平低下。此种情况以先天发育异常多见,常表现为性幼稚、如Turner综合征。
