本研究通过对10 侧灌注红色乳胶的成人下肢标本进行分层次的显微解剖,观测腓浅动脉与腓动脉终末穿支的升支之间的吻合情况,以明确二者的吻合情况是否具备轴型血管跨区反流供血的解剖学基础,并在此基础上设计腓动脉终末穿支跨区供血的小腿前外侧反流轴型皮瓣并应用于临床。
