可分为三类。①细胞周期非特异性药物:此类药物对增殖或非增殖细胞均有作用,如氮芥类及抗生素类;②细胞周期特异性药物:作用于细胞增殖的整个或大部分周期时相者,如氟尿嘧啶等抗代谢类药物;③细胞周期时相特异药物:药物选择作用于某一时相,如阿糖胞苷、羟基脲抑制S期,生物碱类药物如喜树碱及长春新碱等对M期的抑制作用。
