常见皮肤病,与变态反应关系密切,往往存在家族性过敏体质的倾向,临床上以奇痒、多形性皮损、渗出及反复发作为其特点。婴幼儿时期以湿疹、接触性皮炎、荨麻疹、丘疹样荨麻疹、结节性红斑、血管神经性水肿为多见。主要治疗是去除过敏原,采取全身及局部综合治疗。
