肝肾性酪氨酸血
hepatorenal tyrosinemia
又称“巴伯综合征”、“先天性酪氨酸血(征)”。先天性肝硬化并有范科尼综合征表现及酪氨酸尿。为常染色体隐性遗传病。表现为先天性肝硬化及多种肾小管功能障碍，血、尿酪氨酸增高，肝脾大。有的出生后数月即可死于肝功能衰竭，也有延至数年发展为肝细胞癌。目前认为是延胡索酰乙酰乙酸酶缺乏引起的酪氨酸代谢障碍。测定红细胞的酶活性可作快速诊断。羊水细胞培养测定酶的活性可供产前诊断。预后不良。低苯基丙氨酸饮食对改善肾小管功能可能有效，对改善肝功能无效。
