Methods Twenty patients with moderate to severe peri-implantitis were randomly divided into Er:YAG laser therapy group(160 mJ/pulse and 10Hz) and group of ultrasonic scaling using carbon fiber tip and antiseptic therapy with minocycline hydrochloride(UP).
方法将20名中度至重度的种植体周围炎患者随机分为:①Er:YAG组,Er:YAG激光治疗(160 mJ、脉冲型、频率10 Hz);②UP组,碳纤维头超声洁治辅以盐酸二甲胺四环素软膏抗菌治疗。
