方法选择2005年9月至2006年4月在南京军区福州总医院476临床部口腔科采用镍铬合金烤瓷冠进行上颌切牙修复的19例患者,共23颗镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复的上颌切牙,以患牙对侧的同名健康牙为对照牙,在镍铬合金烤瓷冠戴入6~9个月后复诊,进行牙周临床检查,分别采集患牙及对照牙的龈沟液进行定量,并对龈沟液中的C-反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)进行检测。
