转移性
指发生在肺实质及肺间质的肿瘤。按其来源分为原发性和继发性(转移性)；按其生物特性分为良性或恶性；按其组织形态可归类为上皮性肿瘤、软组织肿瘤和间皮细胞瘤。最常见的恶性肿瘤为原发性支气管肺癌、约占90%；其次为肺转移癌，其他原发性肺恶性肿瘤，如癌肉瘤、黑色素瘤、颗粒性肌母细胞瘤、胚层瘤、平滑肌肉瘤等甚为少见。原发性肺良性肿瘤种类甚多，有错构瘤、纤维瘤、软骨瘤、平滑肌瘤、骨瘤、脂肪瘤、乳头状瘤、化学感受器肿瘤、淋巴管肿瘤等。继发性肺肿瘤多是全身恶性肿瘤转移所致，有25%～30%的恶性肿瘤病例在临终前均呈现有肺继发性肿瘤。
