食管良性肿瘤
benign esophageal tumor
指发生于食管的组织学上和临床上属于良性的肿瘤。分为三类。第一类为上皮性肿瘤：①鳞状上皮：乳头状瘤、囊肿；②腺上皮：腺瘤、息肉。第二类为非上皮性肿瘤：①肌瘤：平滑肌瘤、纤维肌瘤、脂肪肌瘤、纤维瘤；②血管来源：毛细血管瘤、淋巴管瘤；③中胚叶及其他肿瘤：网状内皮瘤、脂肪瘤、巨细胞瘤、神经纤维瘤、骨软骨瘤。第三类为异位组织：胃黏膜、皮脂腺、色素母细胞、胰腺、甲状腺、颗粒母细胞。最常见的是平滑肌瘤和息肉。
