We selected 8 adult sika deer and 6 adult Chinese wapiti fed different level nutrients in different physiological periods based on production requirements,and mensurated the serum concentrations of IGF-1 and GH,and analysed the relationships of the serum levels of IGF-1 and the metabolizable energy (ME) and digestible crude protein(DCP) fed by the sika deer and Chinese wapiti.
选用8只成年雄性梅花鹿,6只成年雄性东北马鹿,在不同生理时期供给不同营养水平的日粮,测定鹿血清IGF-1及GH浓度,并分析梅花鹿及马鹿采食的能量及可消化蛋白和血清IGF-1及GH浓度的关系。

选用8只雄性成年梅花鹿,6只雄性成年东北马鹿,在我国传统饲养模式下,每月采集鹿血液样品,进行鹿血清胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)及生长激素(GH)浓度年周期变化规律研究。
