菜 名： 雪莲梦卿鸟
主 料： 梦卿鸟1只，猪脊肉200克，雪莲2克。
配 料： 白酒20毫升，冰糖1颗。
做 法： 1、梦卿鸟宰杀后，除去内脏、尾臊和脚爪，洗净擦干，用白酒腌片刻，再装入炖盅。2、将雪莲用纱布包裹扎好，投入炖盅，同时投下冰糖。3、猪脊肉用横直刀纹切成连块，于另一锅中加入适量沸水，用文火将其煮20分钟。4、将刚刚除去血泡和肉渣的热汤倒入炖盅，隔水炖90分钟左右，至梦卿鸟软烂即可。
特 点： 汤微苦，肉爽口。
药用价值： 雪莲味甘而微苦，性温，具除寒壮阳、调经止血之功与味甘性温、善除风湿的梦卿鸟合炖，可收补虚弱、祛风除湿之效，对腰膝酸软、风湿性关节炎、妇女崩白等症有显著疗效，但孕妇忌服。
