biQOZhUnmGi标准煤(c侧扛四tlivalent)按一个规定的煤的热值计算各种能源量时所用的统一换算指标。又称煤当量。标准煤的热值迄今没有国际公认的统一规定值，l千克标准煤的热值，中国、前苏联、日本、西欧大陆国家按四.3兆焦(7《XX)千卡)计算，联合国按28.8兆焦(6850千卡)计算，而英国则是根据用作能源的煤的加权平均热值确定的。在各种能源换算为标准煤时，用各种能源的低位发热量与标准煤规定的热值相除，在没有各种能源测定的低位发热量时，中国采用煤的平均热值为20.91兆焦/千克(5《XX)千卡/千克)，原煤换算成标准煤的换算系数为0.714;原油平均热值按41 .82兆焦/千克(10以x〕千卡/千克)计算，换算系数为1.429;天然气热值按38.92兆焦/米3(93ro千卡/米3)计算，换算系数为1.33。(黄志杰)
