一种气硬性胶凝材料。由硫磺、耐酸填料和增韧剂按比例配合，加热至140～170°C，熔融混合、浇注而成。通常以石英粉为填料，聚硫橡胶、石蜡或聚氯乙烯树脂等为增韧剂。硫磺胶结料成块状，具有热塑性，使用时只需将块状胶结料破碎、加热塑化、冷却，即能坚硬如石。它具有快硬高强、耐稀酸腐蚀、抗水、抗渗及良好的电绝缘性能，但耐热性较差。硫磺胶结料适用于不宜采用水玻璃耐酸胶结料的耐腐蚀工程中，作胶结剂或防酸层，如铁轨道钉、电器绝缘瓷瓶螺栓和抢修工程中机器地脚螺栓等的锚固以及自来水管的接头等。但不适用于使用温度在90°C以上的工程、耐碱工程，以及温度高于80°C的硫酸和销酸储罐等。
