排污削减量(reducedwastewaterdischarge)为控制水体污染而应削减的排污量。当现实排污量大于容许排污量时，超过容许排污量的那部分即为排污削减量。应设法加以处理去除(如建污水处理厂等)，才能保护水源达到既定构质量标准。
