geyan Chendianxrnzhihuanfa tita铬盐沉淀一锌置换法提花(extraetion of thal-lium by ehromate PreeiPitation一zine eementa-tion)含花(I)硫酸盐溶液经铬盐沉淀、硫酸分解、锌粉置换产出金属铭的过程。如起始原料为铭烟尘时,一般先经碱熔炼、硫酸浸出获得含佗(I)硫酸盐溶液后再往下一步处理。 秘鲁中部矿业公司(Centromin Peru SA)采用这种方法从含佗的炼铅鼓风炉烟尘中回收佗,其工艺流程如图。 在火法炼铅过程中收得的含蛇烟尘,配加苏打、碳及铜屑,放在反射炉中进行碱熔炼,料中的锭再次挥发进入烟气得到进一步富集。从烟气收得的烟尘用硫酸浸出,得到含铂达159/L的T12SO;浸出液。向T12SO。浸出液加入铬盐NaZCrO;或K:CrO‘沉淀剂,在调节浸出液酸度至含游离硫酸3~49/L时,便发生铬酸佗的沉淀: T12SO;+NaZCrO4— T12CrO;今+NaZSO4过滤所得的铬酸蛇沉淀物须经两次硫酸分解与锌粉置换。第一次于363K温度下用20%浓度的硫酸分解T12Cro、沉淀物及返回的第一次锌粉置换所得的不纯海绵蛇。第二次用50%浓度的硫酸再分解1~2h。过滤所得的滤液先加NaZS净化除去重金属杂质,再进行罕瓜刀沉淀物 1 11述四,佩珊尸卜,Na0H Na,CrO,~州钻盐沉花11占 L-eeee.习卯.99%佗 铬盐沉淀一锌置换法提佗流程二次锌粉置换。置换所得海绵佗,加NaOH在593K温度下熔炼,即可获得纯度为”.99%的金属佗。 如硫酸浸出液含铁和砷过多,可用过量高锰酸钾将液中佗(I)氧化到佗(l)而获得Tl(OH):沉淀物。铁留在溶液中与蛇分离。所得沉淀物中会含有Mn02、砷、锑、锡及锌等杂质,须用硫酸加以分解,使Tl(OH)3转变成T12sO4进入分解液与这些杂质分离。当蛇全部转入分解液后,再添加铁屑将花(里)还原为铭〔I),然后再加铬盐沉淀剂,使蛇生成T12CrO‘沉淀析出,与留在分解液中的杂质进一步分离而再次得到富集。 铬盐沉淀置换法富集蛇的效果好,工艺简单,但仅适用于处理含佗较高的料液。如用于从含佗稀的溶液中沉淀富集铭时,虽能富集但效果不好。
