The computer aided testing system for certain turbofan engine test-run is developed with CAT technology according to the test-run characteristics.
针对某型涡扇发动机整机试车的特点,采用计算机辅助试验技术研制开发了一套试车CAT系统,基于虚拟仪器技术的PXI总线数据采集系统和各种抗干扰措施保证了数据采集的可靠性和稳定性,以用户和试车为中心设计的人机界面、基于组态的试车程序定义和试车数据库的建立使系统完全满足了发动机试车大纲的技术要求,系统测试精度高,工作稳定可靠,操作简单,维护方便,达到了提高试车效率、降低试车成本、减轻试车人员劳动强度的目的。

The development of computer aided testing system for certain aeroengine test-run is discussed.
讨论了某型航空发动机试车计算机辅助试验系统的开发;采用模块化的VXI总线仪器和外挂式控制方式开发了数据采集系统;采用对基本试车状态进行组态的方法实现了对发动机试车程序的灵活编辑,使系统可以同时满足常规生产试车和定制科研试车的需求;针对发动机试车信号的特点,采用了不同的数字滤波器进行滤波,有效地滤除信号中的干扰,有助于从信号中提取有用的信息;系统工作稳定可靠,操作简单,维护方便,能够完全满足发动机的试车技术要求。

Based on the development of the computer aided testing technique, combined with the study of the aeroengine test CAT system, and with a computer aided testing system for aeronengine as an example, an anti interference and filtering technique for signal processing is discussed, and applications of the anti interference,digital filtering and analog filtering for the areoengine test are introdued.
