性质:是乏燃料后处理中用于钚电解还原反萃的设备,有电解还原混合澄清槽和电解还原脉冲萃取柱两种。其作用是在电解下把钚(IV)还原成钚(III),同时实现还原反萃。电解还原脉冲萃取柱是特制的柱式萃取设备,其结构和脉冲筛板柱类似。电极导线自顶部引入,筛板由金属钛制成和阴极相通。柱中心为镀铂钛管,和阳极相接。筛板和中心管之间用绝缘材料隔开。常用空气脉冲作动力源。含有铀和钚为TBP有机相和硝酸水相在脉冲作用下分散混合,在电解作用下钚被还原成三价:Pu4++e→Pu3+。并被逆流水相反萃出来,自柱底流出。含铀有机相从柱顶排出时已不含钚,实现了铀钚分离。
