rePosuili anzhuang热破碎机安装(ereetion of hot kibbler)热破碎机是烧结机尾部的破碎设备，是烧结矿在热态下的粗破碎机，由棘齿辊、受齿及其传动装置、冷却水装置等组成(见图)。棘齿辊装在破碎机的主轴上，受齿为算条状、小型烧结机热破碎机的受齿为固定式，大型烧结机的受齿安装在可牵出的台车上，便于检修更换。棘齿与受齿的表面均有耐磨合金堆焊层，并在内部通有冷却水，以提高使用寿命。 热破碎机安装的纵、横向中心线应与烧结机一致。安装前需将其下部的下料斗安装完毕，否则，若先安棘齿辊等部件，则下料斗就不能吊装就位。热破碎机的棘齿辊为烧结机的重部件，尽可能一次运输吊装就位。热破碎机的传动装置由电动机、减速器和一对开式齿轮组成，其纵、横向中心线以已定位的棘齿辊为基准。棘齿辊的轴承及轴承座安装时，除按通用方法进行调整外，应注意检查与调整其轴向热膨胀预留间隙。大型烧结机的可牵出的受齿台车及轨道安装完毕后，需进行拉出与装入台车的试验。热破碎机上通有冷却水的部件，除出厂前需进行单体水压试验外，现场安装及配管以后，还需进行整体水压试验，防止由于漏水而影响烧结矿质量。飞b4夕:_ 热破碎机简图 a一烧结机卸料;b一棘齿辊转向l一棘齿辊;2一受齿;3一可牵出台车.4一箱式料斗 (沈开祥)
