胆汁返流性胃炎
是由幽门括约肌功能不全使胆汁返流入胃内，破坏胃粘膜屏障，从而使氢离子反渗至粘膜内引起的的炎症病变。长期胆汁返流势必造成胆汁返流性胃炎。轻者为炎症，重者糜烂、溃疡。由于十二指肠液和胆汁为碱性液体，故本病也称为碱性返流性胃炎。除一般对症治疗外，可用消胆胺、胃复安等药物治疗。
