性质:又称硝化纤维涂饰剂。皮革涂饰用成膜剂,成膜快、光亮度高,耐水、耐干湿摩擦,可不用甲醛固定,涂层不发黏、手感舒适。但不耐老化,膜易变硬而脆、变黄,透气性和延伸性差。有溶剂型、乳液型和水油两用型等品种。溶剂型硝酸纤维成膜剂、光亮很好,但有毒,对大气污染。现代多用硝酸纤维乳液做顶层涂饰的光亮剂。为了改正硝酸纤维成膜剂的缺点,可用聚氨酯或丙烯酸树脂、醇酸树脂以及有机硅等改性。硝酸纤维乳液制备方法:将硝酸纤维(含氮量为11.7%~12.3%,黏度1/2s)溶于有机溶剂中,再与增塑剂混合均匀,配制成油相。将乳化剂、渗透剂和去离子水混合均匀,配制成水相。然后将水相缓慢滴加入油相中并高速搅拌,加完料后继续搅拌1h,最后用超声波振荡器粉碎10min即成。
