d一onllangzh一d旧nJ一a电,制电价(eleetrie energy priee)按照消费或送受电量多少计算电费的一种电价制度。电量制电价有广义和狭义之分。狭义的电量制电价指单一电量制电价;广义的电量制电价还包括两部制电价中的电量电价。一般电量制电价是指狭义的,计算公式为,一:(斋+,)式中,A为用户全部电费;E为用户用电量;x为每千瓦容量成本;y为每千瓦·时电量运行成本(包括相应的税金、合理利润);t为累计用电时间;a为用户负荷率. 当用户负荷率无多大差别时,上式中的[x/(ta)十y〕部分可视为某一常数尸,则用户累计用电时间t的全部电费计算公式为 A~E尸式中,尸为用户的电量制电价。 电量制电价简便易行,但在反映电力成本特性方面存在不足。一般用于居民生活等用电量较少的用户。
