As one of the key structure materials in aerospace industry, 7000 series super-high strength aluminium alloy has the superior mechanical properties in T6 condition,but it is prone to SCC.
7000系超高强铝合金是航空航天工业的主要结构材料之一,T6(峰时效)状态下该系合金强度最高但对应力腐蚀(SCC)十分敏感,RRA(回归再时效)工艺兼顾了合金的强度和抗应力腐蚀性能,适应目前航空航天工业对结构材料的要求。

The effects of alloying elements and various heat treatments process on mechanical properties, stress corrosion crack (SCC) property, fracture toughness and microstructural evolution of 7475 high strength aluminum alloys were investigated by means of the tensile test, SCC test, optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
采用室温拉伸、硬度、断裂韧性和抗应力腐蚀拉伸测试方法,金相(OM)和电子显微分析方法(SEM、TEM)研究了合金元素及热处理工艺对7475铝合金的力学性能、抗应力腐蚀性能、显微组织结构的影响及其变化规律,优化了热处理制度,并从理论上进行了分析和讨论。
