性质:塔设备中出现液泛时的操作点。液泛是指在塔中进行气液逆流接触过程或液液逆流接触过程,由于流速过大而不能实现逆流操作的状态。在气液接触的塔中达到泛点时,液体不能顺畅地下流而向上漫延,并被气体大量带出。泛点是塔设备的操作极限。填料塔的最大操作气速为泛点气速的95%,适宜的操作气速一般为泛点气速的70%左右。
