Hydrogen peroxide was prepared by means of electrolysis in an electrolytic cell with activated carbon fiber cloth as the cathode and titanium electrode coated with IrO2·RuO2(Ir-Ru /Ti) as the anode.

In this paper, loading TiO2 on activated carbon fiber cloth ( ACFC) was carried out, including TiO2 powder dispersing-liquid direct dip-coating, magnetron sputtering and sol-gel dip-coating methods.
