Using regularly patterned silicon nanoporous pillar array (Si-NPA) prepared by hydrothermal etching method as substrate in this thesis, Ni/Si-NPA nanocomposite system with different surface morphologies has been synthesized by immersion plating method through changing Ni~(2+) concentration、pH value of concentration、different oxidation status on the surface of Si-NPA substrate、depositing time.

Using cobalt salt,aluminum salt or titanium salt as modifying agent,the metallic ion doped silica gel adsorbents based on ceramic fiber are prepared by treating ceramic fiber paper with impregnation coprecipitation of water glass and aqueous solution of acidic metallic-salt sequentially.
采用浸渍共沉积法,以陶瓷纤维纸为基材,钴盐、铝盐或钛盐为改性剂,顺次经水玻璃、酸性盐溶液,制得了金属离子掺杂硅胶吸附剂。

The mesoporous silicas were impregnated by vion solution and calcined in air at 400 °C,the investigation indicated not only vanadium in samples prepared by impregnation method was incorporated into the famework of mesoporous silicas,but also some dispersed spontaneously onto the surface of mesoporous silicas,and formed a monolayer if total amount of V2O5 increased.
采用X射线衍射技术(XRD)考察了金属氧化物V2O5在介孔二氧化硅分子筛上的分散,研究结果表明应用浸渍法将V2O5浸渍于介孔二氧化硅分子筛中,在低于V2O5熔点的适当温度下焙烧后,与未浸渍V2O5样品相比,晶胞参数a值明显增大,说明钒离子掺入了介孔二氧化硅分子筛的骨架中;在一定范围内随着V2O5加入量的增加其在介孔二氧化硅的表面的分散量也在增加,而V2O5残余晶相量远远低于加入的量,说明V2O5掺入介孔二氧化硅分子筛骨架的同时可在介孔二氧化硅的表面成单层分散。

Silica-supported H_3PW_ 12 O_ 40 catalysts were prepared by the impregnation method, sol-gel technique, and sol-gel technique using ionic liquids as the template, respectively, to solve the problems of H_3PW_ 12 O_ 40 such as low surface area, difficult separation, and reuse.
针对H3PW12O40(HPW)的比表面积小和不易回收利用等缺点,分别采用浸渍法、溶胶-凝胶法和以离子液体为模板剂的溶胶-凝胶法制备了HPW/SiO2催化剂,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射、N2物理吸附和吸附氨的程序升温脱附等技术对催化剂样品进行了表征,并考察了其对苯硝化反应的催化性能。

Eu-doped TiO2 samples were prepared by the sol-gel method,and further doping which uses ammonia as nitrogen source were carried out by the impregnation method.
