In the article,by the vector and the coordinate change,the design calculation of thegeometric angles of a small cutter fixed boring cutter shaft is expounded.

Using liquid-sintering method in vacuum furnace,diamond segment are prepared with Cu-Fe as matrix and Cu-based pre-alloying powder as bonding metal and adding the Ti or Cr active carbide-forming elements to improve the bonding strength between diamond and matrix.

Using low melting point pre-alloy powder to which a carbide forming element namely Titanium was introduced as bonding metal, diamond saw segment was prepared by liquid active sintering (LAS) in vacuum furnace.

Based,on stress analysis,the welding strength between the segment and core of a diamond circular saw blade is studied.

In order to solve problems met with in company management, in this paper a cutting experiment is carried strictly under such factors as reason recipe design based on elements of granite、manufacturing technics of bites and saw blade、cutting conditions and so on.

Proper technics parameters and using conditions are obtained to guide producing process of enterprises; to a large extent, much more attention should be paid to technics parameters and using conditions applied in sawing process rather than quality of the bites themselves to achieve a high efficiency and long life.
