生菜叶 1片

小蕃茄 2颗

玉米粒 1大匙

洋葱丝 少许

酱油口味酱汁 3大匙

白芝麻(炒过) 1小匙

制作:

(1)拉面放入沸水中汆烫至熟,捞出後迅速放在流水下沖洗,再放入冰水中冰镇一下,沥乾水份後放在盘子中。

(2)将虾仁用刀横剖不切断,去除肠泥,花枝刻花纹後切成小片,一起用沸水汆烫至熟,并放入冰水中漂凉备用。

(3)蟹味棒切小段,海带芽用热水泡开,生菜叶用手撕成小片状,小蕃茄切小片备用。

(4)将所有食材及调味料混合均匀,即可盛入盘中食用。
