配方奶粉是将牛奶成分改变,使其接近人乳成分,再加入各种维生素和微量元素,适宜于喂哺婴儿。这种改良型的代乳品称为婴儿配方奶粉,又称母乳化奶粉。
母乳是一种天然、复杂的物质组成。按时间不同、成分不同,母乳分三种,产后1~5天为初乳,6~10天为过渡乳。15天~15个月为成熟乳。初乳量较少,染色淡黄,含脂肪少,蛋白质多,有丰富徽量元素,更重要的是初乳里含有抵抗疾病的“免疫抗体”成熟乳中含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质、维生素、碳水化合物等。另外,每次乳汁的分泌有前奶和后奶之分,前奶是刚开始分泌的奶水,看起来染色轻淡,但奶白质含量较高,免疫体也高;后耒分泌的奶水颜色浓稠,脂肪含量比较高。母乳是婴儿的最佳食品,婴儿配方奶粉以母乳为最佳目标,追求对母乳的无限接近。这种性质决定了婴儿配方奶粉虽近似母乳,但没有一种能胜过母乳。
