肝再生结节
病理学术语。肝硬化后期肝表面的结节状隆起,切面上呈圆形或类圆形的岛屿状的结节。结节的周围为增生的纤维组织条索或间隔所包绕,镜下可见由一个或几个假小叶构成,直径常为0.3~1.0cm。肝再生结节可以是肝癌发生的第一阶段,然后经腺瘤样增生、非典型腺瘤样增生和早期肝癌等阶段发展成肝癌。每个阶段的区分标准是病变的大小和细胞结构。
