适应症:
主要用于维持治疗慢性心功能不全。
用量用法:
主要采用口服,不宜口服者可以肌注,必要时静注。饱和量:成人0.7~1.2mg;小儿2岁以下每千克体重0.03~0.04mg,2岁以上每千克体重0.02~0.03mg。维持量:成人每日0.05~0.1mg;小儿为饱和量的1/10,每日1次。
注意事项:
1.可有恶心、呕吐、黄视等。不可与酸、碱类配伍。其余参见洋地黄。 2.同时服用苯妥英钠、苯巴比妥、保泰松、利福平,会使血中洋地黄毒甙浓度降低50%。
规格: 片剂:每片0.1mg。针剂:每支0.2mg(1ml)。 [贮法] 避光、密闭保存。
