地磁的南极。北极点的附近。其位置在不断移动。1975年位置约当西经100°、北纬76°06′,即离北极点约1,600公里的加拿大北部帕里群岛中的巴瑟斯特岛附近。现每天以20.5米的速度向北移动。估计到公元2400年,将移到俄罗斯西伯利亚泰梅尔半岛。
