By way of analyzing the causes of adverse BF condition-the blast is pressurized before slag tapping and burden descent speed is increased after iron tapping,it is suggested that the incorrectness of conventional operation method,which was employed on the blast furnaces of Anyang Iron & Steel Co.

Starting from the technical analysis on the large-scale hot-water boiler, this paper emphatically expounds the boiler structure, boiler combustion modes, boiler water recycle modes and boiler operation situation, and makes preliminary survey and comparative analysis of these boilers connecting with the domestic demands and market situation.

The blast furnace conditions were gotten right by adopting a series of measures & Datong Coal Mine Group Iron & Steel Co.

Aiming at the problems such as BF wall accretion and blast wandering at the beginning of blow on of 1750m3 BF, the furnace condition is restored in three stage by blocking up tuyere, keeping active crucible hearth, increasing furnace temperature and controlling blast volume.

As a result, the furnace conditions can be diagnosed directly, and furnace operation can be guided effectively.

Meanwhile,the operating countermeasures are put forward to reduce the fluctuation of BF condition and the stave pipe damage.

Because of the requirement of dry dust removal system hop-pocket pair for the temperature of raw gas intake case body is exactitude,and owing to equipment failure or blast furnace conditions fluctuation and others factor met wrought furnace top temperature on the high or on the low side,the dry dust removal system was impacted failure-free operation.

Through improving the quality of raw material,strengthening the management of raw material and fuel,perfecting the operation system of the furnace and promoting operating level,the 450m3 BF at Taigang is enabled to keep stable and smooth furnace conditions.
